Each Additional Loan/Account:	$1.00 per Debit

Special Service Fees:
$25.00 for each occurrence

• Special Delivery
• Stop Payment Request
• ACH Credit Or Refund
• Close Account
• Returned Or Declined Debit
• Insufficient Funds

Avoid Additional Fees --> Contact us before 4:00pm two business days prior to
your scheduled Debit Date to make changes to that Debit. There is no fee charged
if you Skip a Debit and schedule a Makeup Debit.
